CER Adjustable Fixed Term Deposit
A fixed term deposit thought out for investors who would like to obtain additional profitability over their capital adjusted by CER index (variance quotient for the Consumer Price Index), thus safeguarding capital from inflation.

Treasury and Private Securities
Debt Securities issued by the national government, provinces and municipalities (Treasury Securities) and by companies (Private Securities). The main treasury securities are those issued by the national government or provinces. In the case of private securities, we can list shares, negotiable bonds, financial trusts, short term debt securities (English for VCP), swaps and surety bonds.

Share Purchase and Sale
Banco Finansur renders the service of purchasing and selling international and/or local company shares and stock options.
Features
- Shares. There are two ways the client can earn yields from shares: 1) Dividends: collecting part of the company’s earnings over which the client has shares; 2) Capital Gain: results from an increase in the price of shares over the initial purchase price.
- Stock Options. This is a financial instrument by which one party is entitled to the right, but not the obligation, to purchase (if that is the case) or sell (if that is the case) an asset (generally stocks) at a certain price and during a term fixed at the beginning of the transaction. Said right is acquired through the payment of a sum of money known as Premium. Types of Options: 1) Call Option: The investor who acquired a call option has the right, but not the obligation, to buy the underlying asset at strike price during the term fixed. On the other hand, the investor who sold the call option has the obligation to sell the underlying asset only if the holder exercises the option; 2) Put Option: The investor who acquired a put option has the right, but not the obligation, to sell the underlying asset at strike price during a fixed period. Meanwhile, the investor who sold the put option has the obligation to purchase the underlying asset only if the holder exercises the option.
